She has taken several businesses, including Elite Image, from start-ups to thriving enterprises using innovative approaches, strategic partnerships and a whole lot of elbow grease! She can even drive an excavator, which we think is pretty boss, so we're trying to find one to put her skills to the test.

He brings a wealth of business experience and success to the Elite Team as our VP, and also happens to be a charming, intelligent fellow! You can always count on Hadi to get things done.

Shaylee, our beautiful Executive Assistant, is the first friendly smile you see when you walk into the office. After work hours, she enjoys classic long walks on the beach in the beautiful home of Nanaimo, and sunset picnics to follow. Shaylee is a huge fan of puppies in the office and any day the sun is shining!

American-born, Canadian-raised, Trevor was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up in Ohau, Hawaii and Seattle, Washington before moving to a cattle farm in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Trevor went from the sea to the city to the country were he found his passion for football. This passion brought him to Nanaimo to play for the VI Raiders where he found his love for marketing. With a very out going personality and unique approaches for brand development, Trevor is a welcomed member to the Elite family.

Hailey has joined our team as our Marketing Coordinator. She is the first smiling face you see when you walk into our office. Hailey is an island girl through and through. Born and raised in this beautiful harbour city of ours, she is so happy to call this home! She loves the outdoors, spending her free time kayaking and hiking. She enjoys cooking and spending quality time with friends an family. She has recently added a new addition to her family, an adorable French Bulldog named Stella. Swing by the office to say hello and meet the team!

Meet our Print Manager. What can we say about him? He's a master printer, knows everything about it and it shows in his work. Rene is a no-nonsense work guy, who will work into the wee hours if it means getting something done. Outside of work, he's a bit of a rugged, manly gentleman. He owns a truck, a quad and a shih tzu terrier named Charlie. If you have any questions about print, Rene is the guy to ask.

JACKSON NEWSHAM . print production

"Action Jackson." He's a man of few words and many colour-matched outfits. This guy keeps Rene in check, and probably does all their work for them. Jackson does a lot of the heavy lifting in the print shop, and is responsible for making sure that everything is bound, packaged and ready to go to the customer.

Meet Cindy. Cindy is a quirky, outgoing individual with a strong sense of value and creativity. She strives to provide the client with solid communication and a unique and well-balanced design. She not only has ten years of graphic design under her belt (award winning!), she is also skilled in writing and editing, pre-press operations, print production, troubleshooting and much more. In her spare time, you will find Cindy hiking with her dog, camping, reading/writing, singing karaoke or shoe shopping. When asked what it is she loves about design: "It's empowering - taking an idea and creating a visual piece that not only represents the client, but also impacts, informs or enhances the outside world in some way."

Nathan is the front-line software and website developer. Obsessed with code purity and re-usability, with a focus on systems which can be managed by the user without needing in-depth knowledge of the complexities of modern technologies.

MASON KELLY . print production

Mason Kelley is the newest member of our print dream team! Originally from Winnipeg, he moved here to play football for the VI Raiders. He has been playing football since he was nine years old and is an all-star defensive lineman. He loves the physically active lifestyle and tries to get outside to explore our beautiful island as much as possible in his free time. Mason also enjoys volunteering when he is not busy at work or playing football. Swing by the office or down to the football field to say hello! :)

Maddie is Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. If you have any questions about any invoice or anything billing related, give Maddie a call. While she was born and raised on the island, she was never a stranger to travelling the world. However, she still hasn't found a more beautiful place than Vancouver Island. When not at work, she enjoys playing card games and board games with friends.

What can we say about Kim? Well, to begin with she is more organized than a person without a team of assistants should be. Oh, and she's tough as nails, but in the best kind of way! She is a genius with the numbers and is the heart of our Financial Department. She genuinely cares about her clients and
is always on the lookout for their best interest.

Rasberry is Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable. If you have any billing related questions please don't hesitate to give Kim a call. Her friendly demeanor makes paying a pleasure. Kim was born and raised in Nanaimo. She has been married for 25 years with two great sons, and is happy to welcome her two daughters-in-law to family this year. In her off time she enjoys traveling, mostly to Cuba, camping, skiing and golfing.

Bruno is a sweet boy and a good soul with a very tender heart. He is super friendly with all dogs, and makes friends with anybody (including donkeys!) Bruno loves long walks and never seems to tire out.

Tia is a lovable princess, and she especially loves you if you have food. Any food. In fact, she loves food so much that she can hear the tiniest crinkle of the smallest piece of cellophane and comes running. Tia is the big boss around here, don't underestimate all seven pounds of her, she knows what she wants and nothing gets in her way.
